Manual Handling Training  covers the principles and practices of safe manual handling. In compliance with Irish Health and Safety legislation. Online and face to face courses.

This course will provide the participants with the knowledge to be able to carry out manual handling tasks correctly.
Course consists of:
Understanding the consequences of incorrect lifting
Manual handling legislation
Backcare in everyday life
Anatomy and physiology
The Biomechanics of manual handling
Manual handling risk assessment
Principles of manual handling
Lifting techniques
Manual handling assessment

Course duration:  3 hours
Certificate:  Certificate issued to each participant.  Valid for 3 years.
Groups:  Of up to 12 people in-house. Dublin Meath Monaghan Kildare and surrounding areas
